What You'll Do • Manage marketing technology, CRM, automation, and digital engagement platforms • Develop automated customer journeys, workflows, and marketing campaigns • Support email marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle programmes • Coordinate integrations between CRM, websites, marketing platforms, and business systems • Improve campaign processes, lead management, and marketing operations • Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, conversions, and marketing KPIs • Support implementation and optimisation of new MarTech solutions • Work closely with marketing, communications, data, sales, and technology teams • Manage technology vendors, agencies, and platform providers • Support customer data quality, privacy, governance, and marketing compliance
